JE3064-CPT twin-table double-head intelligent leather cutter, 7000×3200mm dual tables, 128-zone auto-follow vacuum, single-head cutting speed 3 m/s.
The JE3064-CPT twin-table double-head leather cutter features an integrated precision frame and a patented segmented high-vacuum milled aluminum table. Dual tables and dual heads work in parallel, alternating between zones for seamless cutting and ultra-high continuous output. AI automatically recognises defects and grades them, while 128-zone auto-follow vacuum, imported servo motors and power round knives, and rack-and-pinion with linear guide transmission make it ideal for genuine leather cutting in upholstered sofas, functional sofas and soft-bed furniture.

AI Defect Recognition
AI defect recognition built for leather cutting. After the hide is scanned, the software uses AI to automatically recognise the marked defects and generate their defect grades. The result feeds straight into nesting so defective zones are avoided automatically; while cut pieces are precisely positioned, the system efficiently classifies the defect grade of every area on its own - removing the long manual process of marking and grading defects, and the risk of missed marks.
